  7. View.h++ is a complete C++ encapsulation of the industry standard OSF/Motif
  8. GUI.  Complete support for Motif 1.1 and 1.2 including drag-and-drop tear-off
  9. menus and all other 1.2 features.  Includes a model-view-controller
  10. architecture, and usage of the same naming conventions and data structures as
  11. Motif so that Motif programmers will not be required to learn an entirely new
  12. architecture.  Presents the programmer with a hierarchy of main and auxiliary
  13. views, modal and nonmodal dialogs, prompts and warning boxes.  Allows
  14. developers to easily create complex windows, dialogs and menus.  Developers
  15. can also create new, customized views by driving from an existing RWView and
  16. then adding the necessary RWControllers for the functionality that is
  17. required.  View.h++ is build on top of Tools.h++ allowing even more
  18. functionality -- including internationalization, multiple-thread safety, and
  19. support for multi-byte and wide character sets.
